I returned my order a few days ago and haven't received confirmation yet. What should I do?
We do not send a confirmation of receipt after receiving your return. You can use your return tracking number to track the location of your package. You will receive an email notification as soon as we have processed your return. Due to the high volume of orders, processing times are currently taking longer. Returns currently take 2-3 weeks . We ask that you refrain from repeated inquiries, as this will unfortunately slow down our processes even further.
Please keep the return receipt carefully until the refund has been processed.
